Terms and Conditions for Care with Flare

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Care with Flare (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “Client) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Care with Flare provides personalized health coaching services designed primarily for Gen Z and Millennial women navigating chronic medical conditions and autoimmune disorders. Our coaching focuses on co-creating integrative wellness plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, values, and strengths. Services may include one-on-one coaching sessions, support in assembling personalized care teams, and guidance in building sustainable, health-supportive routines. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
2A. Medical and Clinical Disclaimer
Care with Flare offers educational and supportive coaching services and does not provide medical, psychological, or nutritional treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed healthcare. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with their healthcare providers before making any medical decisions or changes to treatment plans.
2B. Session Format and Value
Coaching sessions are scheduled for a designated time frame (e.g., 30 or 60 minutes), but may conclude earlier if clarity or goals are achieved. The session is considered complete regardless of whether the full allotted time is used. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are investing in the overall coaching process, including preparation, personalized resource follow-up, and your coach’s focused time and attention, not just the live minutes on a call.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or functionality of our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Care with Flare, including text, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Care with Flare and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.
5. Payment and Refunds
Coaching sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for sessions that take place, or for those that conclude early by mutual agreement. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Care with Flare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to reliance on coaching advice, interruptions, or delays.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law. Exceptions include circumstances where disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. 8. Technology Disclaimer
You are responsible for ensuring a reliable internet connection for virtual sessions. We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, or missed sessions caused by technical difficulties on the client’s end.
9. Coaching Relationship Disclaimer
Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process. Clients are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and outcomes. Care with Flare does not guarantee specific results. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or personal training, and should not be used in place of professional medical, legal, or psychological services.
10. Testimonials and Content Sharing
With your written consent, anonymized feedback, success stories, or testimonials may be used in marketing materials, presentations, or online platforms. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revisions will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.
