Follow-Up Sessions – 30 Minutes | $75
Follow-up sessions are shorter, laser-focused check-ins designed to clarify progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and refine action steps. These 30-minute sessions keep you accountable, motivated, and consistently moving toward your goals without feeling overwhelmed.

I also offer package deals, monthly passes, and a limited number of pro bono spots for clients based on financial need.
